Where was the WORD of God when God spoke His WORD to create all things in the begining?
Where was the Law of God when God wrote the ten commandments on the two tablets of stone and presented them to Moses on Mount Sinai?

Without controversy, the Word and the Law of God was in God when HE spoke and wrote His Word. The Hebrew (Old Testament) Scriptures contains the Word, the Law, the prophecies and the historical account of God's way of doing things.

Revelation 19:13 says, "He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God." Jesus was the WORD that was in God when HE spoke His WORD to create all things.
Jesus was the Spoken WORD and the Written WORD hidden within the letters of the Hebrew Scriptures. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I AM the Way, the TRUTH and the Life."
Throughout the BC Era, Jesus was the TRUTH hidden within the Written WORD. At the end of the BC Era, the "WORD was made flesh" Jesus was the WORD that was conceived in the womb of Virgin Mary. HE was the Revealed WORD and the Living WORD written in the Greek (New Testament) Scriptures. The TRUTH that set sinners free is concealed in the letters of the scriptures.

Jesus was written as "the Seed of the woman" in Gen.3:15; the "Star" in Numbers 24:17; a "Prophet" in Deut.18:15; "Emmanuel" which means "God with us" in Isaiah 7:14 (Matthew 1:23); "The Mighty God, Everlasting Father" in Isaiah 9:6; "The King...riding upon the colt" in Zechariah 9:9. Jesus was the Word of God which Adam and Eve disobeyed in the Garden of Eden. HE was the Word of the covenant which the Israelites broke promise with throughout the BC Era.

Jesus was the Lamb of God slaughtered before the foundation of the world (Rev.13:8). Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. HE is the High Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. HE is Alpha and Omega. 

Who has believed our report?

John the Baptist saw Him and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God which takes away the sin of the world." God gave Jesus as the Lamb for our sins; the Jews prepared the Lamb for the sacrifice; the Romans offered the Lamb on the cross at Calvary; Jesus laid down His life as God's Lamb for your sin; God sacrificed Jesus as the Lamb for our sins. It is written in Isaiah 53:10, "It pleased the Lord to bruise Him, HE put Him to grief. HE made His soul as an offering for sin. HE saw the travail of His soul, and HE was satisfied" (vs.11).

The Lamb that was slaughtered before the foundation of the world was the same Lamb that was crucified on the cross. "What if some would not believe, shall their unbelief nullify the faith of God? God forbid. Let God be true and let every man be a liar."

Your freewill is your will power. God expect you to exercise your freewill to believe in Jesus as the Lamb, slain to purchase your redemption, forgiveness, reconciliation, justification, adoption and salvation. Believing is receiving. Your faith in Jesus activate the grace of God. "For by grace we are saved through faith." "He who believe shall be saved. He who believe not shall be condemned."
